Wimbledon’s new café - designed with families in mind

Here at Jitterbugs we specialise in making parties fun for everyone.

We offer a personalised service to help you plan your party and make

sure you and your guests have a memorable day.

 

Details of all our standard party packages are below, please do not

hesitate to ask if you would like up to design a party just for you.

             

GENERAL INFORMATION    

 

All parties are for two hours

Standard times are:        10:30 - 12:30pm             1pm - 3pm         3:30pm - 5:30pm

Alternative times are possible in agreement with Jitterbugs Management

 

Depending on the age of children the cafe can comfortably accommodate the following:

15 babies (if high chairs required)

30 - 40 children aged 1-5 years (approx)

45 -60 adults

 

Minimum party sizes:      Monday - Friday               6 children

                                         Saturday - Sunday          8 children

 

You are welcome to bring a birthday cake.

Air-filling balloon can be provided on request; you are welcome to bring helium balloons or these can be provided at an additional cost. Standard decoration banners, tableware and napkins are provided. Additional decorations can be brought into the cafe in agreement with Jitterbugs Management.

 

 

 

STANDARD JITTERBUGS PARTY PACKAGE        £8.50 per child

 

What’s included:

· A play session in the Jitterbugs play area

· A choice of one of the following activities: Cookie making, Cup cake decorating, Face-painting, Balloon modelling               

· Standard Party Menu

Extras   Adults party platters (see below)

               Party Bags          £2.50 per child

 

 

EXCLUSIVE JITTERBUGS PARTY PACKAGE        £295 for up to 25 children

                                                                                                               £9.95 per extra child

Exclusive use of Jitterbugs Play Cafe

· A play session in the Jitterbugs play area

· A choice of two of the following activities: Cookie making, Cup cake decorating, Face-painting, Balloon modelling

· Standard Party Menu

· A choice of two of the following games:      Pass the parcel, Musical statues or bumps, Treasure hunt, Disco

· Party bags for all children included

Extras   Adults party platters

 

 

GYMBOREE & JITTERBUGS PARTY PACKAGE     £245 for up to 16 children

 

NOTE: Larger parties can be accommodated in agreement with Gymboree management.

 

At Gymboree no two parties are the same. Choose from a wide range of activities and themes including Farmyard Fun, Ocean Adventure, Trains & Planes, Princesses & Super Heroes, Dinosaur Adventures, Jungle Safari and many more. Exclusive use of the Gymboree studio for the first hour and a half of the party.

· A one hour teacher-led session in the Gymboree studio.

· Standard Party Menu (food will be served in the private Gymboree studio)

· A play session in the Jitterbugs play area

Extras   Adults party platters 

               Party Bags          £2.50 per child

 

 

EXCLUSIVE GYMBOREE & JITTERBUGS PARTY PACKAGE    £395 for up to 25 children

                                                                                                                                                                £13.95 per extra child

 

Exclusive use of Jitterbugs Play Cafe and the Gymboree Studio (NB. Max 20 in Gymboree at a time)

· Standard Party Menu

· A play session in the Jitterbugs play area PLUS

· A choice of one Jitterbugs party activities OR a choice of one of Jitterbugs party games
